A More Personal Note:
Thank You For Your Interest In My Life:
I’m always meeting people and fascinated to hear your stories. I love sports. I play golf once a month: Fun watching on TV. Also: Go New England Patriots, Celtics (world champs!) and Red Sox. I work out every day (A lifestyle!): elliptical, treadmill, sit-ups, weights and stretching. I ride a bike every day. Love to eat! I love listening to music – both Religious: Amy Grant!; and Rock/Pop: especially music from the 70’s and 80’s. I hardly ever go to the movies. But every once in a while I enjoy a good one. I take walks daily: Walking is a great form of prayer. I journal weekly and am always reading books! A mind once stretched by a book will never return to its original size!
I Have A Two TV Producers:
Creating TV episodes is the hardest and most rewarding thing I do! I film in North Houston and Tulsa OK. with one producer. Then I work on the post-production edits with another producer. We add lots of scenes, images and pauses into our productions. I try to make every episode engaging and relevant. I love writing. Writing is a prayer for me. My latest and 26th book: Thorns have Roses: About the meaning of your suffering. Despite all my traveling, I still love to sit by the window (vs. an aisle) on the plane. Sense of wonder! I love simply taking walks, breathing the air and feeling the Sun! My favorites? The National Parks… I am preaching missions: Houston and Florida in Lent. New TV productions! I'm always writing scripts for them. I live religious life with five others locally and about 100 nationally. I pray communally and individually. I support our Holy Name retreat center and am dedicated to reaching out to those on the periphery. (I'm trained in Social Work and bring that into my priesthood.) My Theme song? Over the Rainbow. (If birds can fly, why can't I?) Thanks for checking out some of what I am into. You are so kind to be interested in my life! I pray for all of you reading this...~ Fr. Cedric Pisegna, C.P.
